It’s no secret that Man United are looking to sign a top new midfielder this summer following the exit of Casemiro.
Michael Carrick’s side have already missed out on reported targets Mateus Fernandes, Elliot Anderson, and Sandro Tonali.
Now, according to Fabrizio Romano, they’ve moved on to Real Madrid’s Tchouameni, 26, and are willing to break the bank to sign him.
Romano states that Man United would be ‘prepared to pay over €100m’ to sign the France international, although Real Madrid are yet to make a decision on his future.
It’s also understood that Tchouameni isn’t their only midfield target, Bournemouth’s Alex Scott is also on their list in what would be a separate deal.
