Dumfries was linked with Barcelona this past summer, though ultimately chose to stay.
Speaking at his Holland media conference, Dumfries said: "I hope my growth never stops. No, I'm not surprised; I'm just living in the moment and trying to improve every day. What can I still improve on? Improve my positioning a bit, play in my position. That's improving, but I'm working on it."
On the differences between Serie A and the Premier League: "The Premier League is a fantastic competition, but now I play in Serie A. I feel comfortable at Inter, but I think I could do well in the Premier League too.
"I'd definitely be interested. The Premier League is known for its intensity, while Serie A is one of the strongest leagues in terms of tactical skill. They're different approaches to football, but the Champions League always offers exciting clashes."
