The Argentina international has agreed personal terms with Chelsea and is said to be set to join the Blues for a fee of £40m.
The Daily Mail says Garnacho has settled on a seven-year contract with Chelsea, which have also agreed to include a 10 per cent sell-on clause with United.
Confirmation from Chelsea of the deal is expected to be made inside the coming 24 hours.
