Saka, 23, and Odegaard, 26, both went off injured in Arsenal’s impressive 5-0 Premier League win over newly promoted Leeds on Saturday (August 23).
Odegaard had to go off in the 38th minute with apparent shoulder discomfort following an innocuous tackle from Anton Stach.
The England international, on the other hand, limped off just after half-time with a hamstring issue, although Mikel Arteta confirmed it wasn’t the same one he had trouble with last season.
Arteta was concerned the two players could be set for extended spells on the sidelines but ‘early indications may suggest otherwise.
According to The Times, their injuries aren’t as serious as first feared, although it is unclear whether they will feature against reigning champions Liverpool next Sunday.
