Sarr then had his loan cut short following the arrival of Liam Rosenior, but only managed to make six appearances for Chelsea over the second half of the season.
According to The Standard, Chelsea are now prepared to let Sarr leave on loan again this summer in order to give him more first team opportunities.
With no European football at Stamford Bridge next season, that is unlikely to happen under Xabi Alonso, especially if they sign top target Maxence Lacroix.
