The 19-year-old joined Tottenham from boyhood club Hajduk Split in 2025, before being shipped out on loan to Belgian side Westerlo and then to Hamburg.
Vuskovic was sensational in the Bundesliga, staring 27 of his 28 league games, popping up with six goals and being named Rookie of the Season.
Per The Athletic, Brighton have now agreed to a deal with an initial fee of £46m, and add-ons potentially taking it to £50m.
Tottenham will also retain a 20 per cent sell-on clause as well as matching rights for any potential future sale.
It’s understood that Vuskovic was pushing for the move as he seeks to remain a starter with opportunities set to be limited under Roberto De Zerbi.
Vuskovic is currently away with Croatia for the World Cup and will undergo his Brighton medical after their campaign is over.
