Arsenal are outbidding Tottenham for Crystal Palace attack Ebere Eze.

After weeks of negotiations over a move to Spurs, Eze is now set to be sold to Arsenal.

The Independent says Arsenal are offering Palace a fee of £60m up front plus £7.5m in bonuses. Meanwhile, Tottenham's last offer was £50m up front plus £10m in bonuses.

It's also claimed Gunners chief Andrea Berta had an agreement with Palace and Eze by August 10, but the deal was put on the backburner as Berta sought to make room with several sales.

However, with Kai Havertz suffering a fresh injury setback, Berta has returned to talks with Palace and now an agreement is in place.

Tonight's Europa Conference League playoff against Fredrikstad is expected to be Eze's final game in a Palace shirt.
