Per Fabrizio Romano, Barcelona have agreed a fee of €22m plus €7m in add-ons based on title winning and also appearances.
Once Adeyemi learned of their interest, the forward only had interest in joining Hansi Flick’s side and has put pen to paper on a five-year deal.
Adeyemi has now been spotted in Barcelona with his move to the Camp Nou expected to be announced very shortly.
