The Cricketer reports the deal is worth around £800,000.
Bellingham, who came through the Birmingham City youth system, has bought a half per cent of Warwickshire’s 51 per cent stake and half a per cent of what is owned by American group, Knighthead Investment Management, who last year paid £40million for 49 per cent.
Knighthead also own Bellingham's former club, Birmingham City.
Bellingham also played cricket as a junior, turning out for Hagley Cricket Club in Worcestershire.
