According to The Athletic’s David Ornstein, Everton are close to agreeing a deal with Championship side Southampton for the highly rated 19-year-old.

It’s understood the proposed deal is worth over £40 million, with the two clubs currently in talks over the final details.
The deal will also include a 20% sell on clause for Southampton should Dibling be sold on in the future.
Dibling has already agreed personal terms with David Moyes’ side and is set to undergo his medical early next week.
