Robertson has announced that this season will be his last at Liverpool just weeks after Salah revealed that he will leave this summer as the pair prepare to say farewell on the final day at Anfield.
Both Salah and Robertson are now in the latter stages of their careers and have both spent several years with The Reds, winning everything together in the process.
Salah was one of many players to wish the Scottish international all the best once the news broke, sharing images of the two alongside a goodbye message.
"With these pictures showing the bond we shared, I almost felt I could get away with saying nothing about you leaving.
"It’s been an honour to be your teammate and your friend. You’ve won it all and you leave as a legend. I’m sure we will meet again."
In response, Robertson said: "Been a hell of a journey my friend.”
After being signed from Hull City in 2017, the 32-year-old has made 373 appearances for the club, helping the club to two Premier League crowns, the FA Cup, Champions League, Carabao Cup as well as many other trophies.
He and Salah will wave goodbye on the final day of the season at Anfield where the side will hope to have secured Champions League football for next season.
