Mac Allister was impressive as Liverpool won 6-0 to reach the round of 16.
He said at the final whistle: "Yeah, a really important result. The performance, I think it was good, especially second half. I think we pressed really well, had the opportunities and scored some goals, which is important for our confidence.
"So, happy we went through and now it’s time to think about the Premier League.
"I love getting in the box and I love scoring goals. I know I don’t do it very often but I really like it and I think with the change at half-time, I went a little bit higher on the pitch and that allowed me to get in the box a little bit more.
"My second goal was a little bit lucky but good and then I’m still thinking about the third one! It could have been a hat-trick, my first one, but the important thing is that it was a good performance, a good result and now it’s time to rest."
On reaching the final 16, Mac Allister added: "Yeah, I love it! I love it, so I’m really looking forward to that. Now we have to wait to see who we play but I’m pretty sure that it’s going to be a special one."
