Burke hits superb (& historic) hat-trick as Union Berlin win at Eintracht Frankfurt

Burke became the first Scot to score a hat-trick in the Bundesliga as Union Berlin on 4-3 on the day.

The former Nottingham Forest winger joined Union Berlin in the summer from Werder Bremen as a free agent.

Burke made his Scotland debut as an 18-year-old in 2016, but has not been capped since a substitute appearance against Israel in 2020.

Union are 10th in the Bundesliga table with six points from four matches, while Frankfurt are sixth on the same amount of points.
