The 22-year-old joined Brighton from Mainz in August 2024 and spent the second half of last season at Leipzig, where he impressed with three goals and three assists in 14 appearances.

The Germany Under-21 international has made 45 appearances for Fabian Hurzeler’s Brighton side since his arrival.
“Brajan had a good second half of the season with Leipzig and was keen to explore the opportunity of remaining there for the coming year,” Sporting director Mike Cave told club webimedia.
“This is a move that allows Brajan to continue to secure regular playing time at a good level, in an environment he knows well.”
