Kane, 32, is up to 30 goals and ten games remain. Bayern's top scorer has a chance to pass Lewandowski.
"Harry Kane always scores so many goals and he plays really well and he does a fantastic job," said Lewandowski.
"And then I saw that I did this in 29 games ... if I played 34 games I can only imagine that I could do more! Thanks to him (Kane) I can be more proud of my results now!"
