According to ge, Grêmio will receive 10 million euros (R$ 65.6 million) plus 2 million euros (R$ 13.1 million) in bonuses for the striker. The Tricolor has retained a percentage of any future profit from a resale.

Alysson is one of the biggest talents to emerge from Grêmio in recent years. His transfer to Aston Villa will bring around R$ 52.5 million to the club from Rio Grande do Sul. The Porto Alegre side owned 80% of the player's economic rights.
Alysson made his professional debut in 2024, appearing in just three matches. He established himself in the first team in May 2025, earning promotion on his 19th birthday. In total, he played 39 games, scoring two goals and providing three assists.
