Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp was delighted with matchwinner Younes Kaboul in victory at Arsenal.
Kaboul's late header was his first goal for Spurs.
"Younes is improving," added Redknapp. "He looks a monster of a player at the moment. Pace, strength, in the air - he's just been fantastic. He's getting better and better and I was delighted again with him today. He's got a great future as long as he keeps his concentration levels up.
"Playing there with William Gallas can only help him. Gallas is a winner, he's been there done it all, won it all and I think he will help Younes' game there's no doubt. I think the other players can learn off William too he's got that winning mentality."
