Liverpool winger Ryan Babel has been targeted by German Bundesliga club Hoffenheim.
The Dutchman has emerged at the top of the club's wishlist and an offer has been accepted by the Reds.
Babel, who has struggled during his three-and-a-half-season stay at Anfield, has traveled to Germany to finalise a move to Hoffenheim.
'Liverpool FC this afternoon announced they had accepted a bid from TSG 1899 Hoffenheim for the transfer of Dutch international Ryan Babel,' read a statement on Liverpool's official website.
'The Bundesliga Club have now been given permission to discuss personal terms with the player, who has travelled to Germany.'
Babel has scored just 12 Premier League goals in 91 appearances since joining from Ajax back in 2007.
