Inter Milan chief Marco Branca has confirmed their interest in Valencia midfielder Ever Banega.
Inter are said to have tabled an offer for the Argentine this week.
"Ever Banega? We cannot talk about negotiations as such, but there is an interest," said Branca.
"Erik Lamela (of River Plate) is a player we are tracking."
