Genoa president Enrico Preziosi says there shouldn't be any hitches to Stephan El Shaarawy's move to AC Milan.
The Under-19 Italian international, whose father is Egyptian, will join Milan on a co-ownership basis after the Rossoneri reportedly paid 10m for a 50 per cent stake.
"There is an agreement with Milan for El Shaarawy," said Preziosi.
"All that is missing is for him to have his medical, but, as far as we are concerned, the transfer is complete."
