Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois has named who he would have in his five-a-side team for UEFA.tv.

The Belgium international selected himself in goal with the rest of the side made up of former Atletico Madrid teammates and current Chelsea colleagues.

Courtois had Blues ace Eden Hazard in his quintet alongside Atletico Madrid star Koke, Manchester United's Radamel Falcao (on loan from Monaco) and Chelsea's Filipe Luis who he played with in Madrid.
