Former Inter Milan GM Marco Fassone can't see Oaktree taking charge of the Nerazzurri.

There's claims the hedge fund will takeover Inter should owners Suning fail to pay back their loan this year.

But Fassone told Radio Sportiva: "Inter is at its peak from a management point of view, there is great harmony among the managers. A corporate structure has been built that is as good as ever seen since the time of Moratti.

"Everything works perfectly, this is something that the friends I have at the club confirm to me. I doubt that the situation that happened to Milan will happen because Oaktree, unlike Elliott, is not an interventionist fun.

"There's extensive negotiations underway to evaluate either the extension of the financing or the finding of investors. There are two advisors such as Goldman Sachs and Raine Group who have been working for some time on the search for investors, I believe they have also presented several to Zhang. I presume two solutions: a new owner finally reaching an agreement with Zhang or extending the refinancing for some time."
