Trossard struck in the second-half as the Gunners won 1-0 last night.
“We’re very pleased with that,” Trossard said afterwards. “We knew it would be a tough game tonight. The worst thing is that they didn't want to press us, so we had to find solutions, especially in the first half. So we're really pleased with the goal and another clean sheet for us.
“I think we're working very hard every single day in training as well. It's a credit to everyone. We work hard to get that reward so it's very pleasing. You keep the clean sheet, we score one on the other end and it can win you the game.”
It was his first goal in the Premier League this season.
“I’m very happy with it. Obviously, another corner, I saw Gabi going in the duel. He wins that and I got to the back post for the tap-in. I'm really happy that the ball came to me and I had the last touch.
"It's always nice to get on the score sheet and to be important for the team. I want to say that every game is the hardest thing in football, but I try to keep going with the team as well. I'm really happy just to get the win today.”
