And Sunderland coach Mike Dodds says: "Both brothers have a very similar mentality. They incessantly search for where they want to go. That, at 18 years old, he plays as '9' one game and as '10' the next shows the quality and class he has.
"His talent is fantastic beyond name on his shirt. He can go to the top like Jude."
Former Sunderland boss Tony Mowbray also said: "He is a diamond. He loves football and wants to improve. He tests the coaches every day and because of his mentality he always aspires to grow and learn.
"He doesn't want to live off his brother's name. He wants to be a footballer and create his own identity."
