The Gunners are 9 points clear at the top of the table with just 7 games remaining as they hope to claim their first league title in over two decades.
Mosquera is optimistic Arsenal can go the distance in both the Premier League whilst the side also fights in both the FA Cup and Champions League after missing out on the EFL Cup to Arsenal.
Speaking on the club’s lack of success, Mosquera believes that this year is when Arsenal bounce back and claim some much needed silverware.
"In recent years, Arsenal hasn't quite achieved what it set out to do, but I think we're ready this year.
"We know we have the chance to win titles. We're going to do everything we can to bring joy to the fans.
“In the Champions League, I think we're doing pretty well this year, we're in the quarter-finals now, and hopefully we can go further and win it."
Mosquera made his senior Spain debut on Friday in the 3-0 friendly win over Serbia and remains fit to face Southampton this weekend in the FA Cup Quarter Final.
Arsenal have had 10 players withdraw from their respective national team squads over the last week as they prepare to return to club football this weekend in what is a huge worry for manager Mikel Arteta.
