Marc Guehi to Reject Crystal Palace Contract Extension After Liverpool Deadline Day Transfer Blocked

The 25-year-old was said to be moment away from becoming a Liverpool player on transfer deadline day before the move fell through.

It’s understood that Palace’s inability to sign a replacement in the dying embers of the summer window forced them to pull the plug.

Now, according to The Times, Guehi will reject any advances from Palace to extend his contract at Selhurst Park.

Guehi has just under a year remaining on his contract at the club and is expected to leave either in January or as a free agent next summer.
