The summer arrival from Cerro Porteno is yet to make his senior debut with United. But he admits his first months in England have been positive.

He told 1080 AM in Paraguay: “When they told me about coming to England, I was scared – about the language and other things – but luckily I’ve adapted now. My big goal is to go to the World Cup.
“I was incredibly happy to be called up to the national team. It’s hard to fathom everything that’s happened to me in these past two years.
"I only wanted to play for Cerro Reserve, but God had better plans for me.”
