Klopp knows all about Diomande thanks to his role as Red Bull's global football director.
The winger has also been linked with Barcelona and Manchester United this season, while Liverpool had registered their interest before Klopp offered his opinion this week.
For their part, Leipzig have no express plans to lose Diomande this summer and are informing interested parties that he won't leave for less than €100m.
