Wells is leaving Spurs to become head coach of Colorado Rapids.

Frank said, "We will definitely look to replace him. When, what and what it will look like is not yet clear.
"When someone leaves the club, there are others who have to step forward and take more responsibility. It will be up to Cameron (Campbell), Justin (Cochrane) and Andreas (Georgson) to take a step forward.
"Of course Justin has already taken a great responsibility, and Andreas too. When someone leaves the club, there will be just a little more they need to fill out, but I'm sure they're able to do it.
"Once you had only one assistant, so I'm pretty sure we'll do well."
