The 28-year-old was key for Norway throughout their World Cup campaign, featuring in all six of their games and playing every minute of their last four.
Berg has established himself as one of Norway’s best midfielders at Bodo/Glimt, the club where he has spent most of his career.
According to TeamTalk, Berg is now ready to leave the Norwegian club and is a target for five English clubs.
Newly promoted trip Coventry, Ipswich, and Hull have all registered an interest in Berg, with West Ham and Burnley also impressed by his World Cup campaign.
Berg has left Bodo/Glimt before, joining French side Lens in January 2022 before returning his boyhood club just six months later.
