Strand Larsen hit a hat-trick in Wolves' FA Cup win against Shrewsbury on Saturday.
The Norway international has been linked with a move away and Edwards concedes he could be sold in the coming days.
Edwards said, “His commitment has never waivered. He was brilliant today in everything he did. He keeps saying to me how committed he is and how he wants to help us turn this around.
"While we are in the window there is always going to be speculation because we have got some good players.
“I haven’t said that (Strand Larsen will not move in January). I just said that every good player we have at the moment, there will be interest.
"If it’s right for the football club we will see, but at the moment there is nothing to talk about. He is showing his commitment to the football club.”
