Dixon has joined on loan until the end of the season. The 21-year-old made three appearances for the Toffees in 2024-25.
Stockport boss Dave Challinor told the club's website, "Roman obviously joined us during pre-season, but picked up an innocuous injury whilst away in Pinatar and then another more serious one on his return to training, so it’s been a long winded process to finally announce him as a Stockport County player.
"We need to build him up but if we can do this safely, we get a player that really excited us during the Summer and he will give us really good options down the right-hand side.
"Pace, power, the ability and desire to want to run in behind and a being a natural wing/full-back profile was what brought that excitement, and hopefully we get to see all of those things in the not too distant future."
