The Blues must wait until Remadnia turns 18 to ferry him to London. However, talks are already underway with the player's camp.
Indeed, sources say a five-year contract has been tabled to Remadnia's family, with the deal to be formalised when he turns 18 in March 2027.
Chelsea have also offered to assist his parents to move to London to further smooth negotiations.
