Gabriel has been out with the thigh injury he picked up while on international duty with Brazil, while Saliba was left out of the squad after picking up a knock in training on Saturday.
Speaking after the game, Arteta admitted he’s unsure just how long Saliba will be sidelined, and that it will still be ‘some weeks’ before Gabriel’s return.
“I think he has got another test tomorrow, Willy, see to the extent of that feeling, that sensation that he had, and we will know more,” said Arteta.
“With Gabi, (there are) still some weeks to go.”
