Marseille have reportedly decided against making Benjamin Pavard's loan move from Inter Milan permanent this summer.

Pavard, 30, joined Marseille on loan last summer, with the French giants said to have a €15 million option to buy included in the deal.

The defender has made 32 appearances across all competitions, popping up with one goal and three assists.

According to RMC Sport, Marseille have decided against making the deal permanent, despite his contribution.

It’s understood that Inter Milan were even willing to lower their asking price, but Marseille were unconvinced.
