DONE DEAL: Sadibou Sane completes AS Monaco switch from Metz

The 22-year-old was a standout for Metz in 2025-26 making 24 appearances, scoring two goals, and providing one assist in the process.

Strong performances Sane weren’t enough to keep Metz in the French top flight, however, as they were relegated dead last with just 17 points from their 34 games.

Monaco have now confirmed that Sane has joined the club on a five year deal, keeping him at the Stade Louis II until 2031.

Sane becomes Monaco’s fourth signing of the summer so far, alongside Ansu Fati, Nazinho, and Mathys Detourbet
