Williot Swedberg was thrilled with his brace in Celta Vigo's 2-0 win at Real Madrid on Sunday.

The Swede scored twice as Real Madrid had three players sent off in a crazy LaLiga clash at the Santiago Bernabeu.

It's now four goals in two years for Swedberg, who stated afterwards: “I’m very happy. It was a hard-fought match. We knew we had to run a lot, work hard in defense, but that we were going to have those chances that win you the game.

“I wish it were like this against every team. I'm good at it. We always talk a lot with the coach about where there's space, and that helps a lot. I have to thank him and my teammates for finding me in those dangerous areas of the pitch.

The victory puts Celta firmly in mid-table.

He added: “This is great for us. We came from two difficult matches, maybe even three. This win is good for us to keep going and finish the year strong.

“We could hear the fans a lot. They give us 10% more effort when we're tired. This victory is also theirs.”
