Per AS, the 28-year-old, who spent eight years at Barcelona as a youngster before leaving to join Roma in 2020. has been hospitalised after a brutal dog attack.

Having just moved to Greek side Aris on loan from Celta Vigo, he was walking his dog in the city of Thessaloniki when the incident happened.
It’s understood the dog attacked his own, leading Perez to intervene and then being attacking, suffering "severe cuts to his genital area".
Initial reports had suggested he was in a ‘critical condition’ but that is not the case and he has since returned home after doctors ruled out the need for surgery.
