Jackson, 24, is expected to leave Stamford Bridge this summer following the arrivals of Liam Delap and Joao Pedro earlier in the transfer window.
The Senegal international has been linked with several Premier League clubs, with Newcastle and Man United previously mentioned.
Bayern Munich are also said to be keeping tabs on Jackson’s situation at Chelsea as they continue their search for new forwards.
Erbel has since poured some cold water on a potential move for striker, however, saying: "Definitely not. I've never spoken to him,” when asked by reporters.
They may not be interested in Jackson, but according to Sky Sports' Florian Plettenberg, they are keen on his teammate Christoper Nkunku.
Plettenberg’s report adds that a move for the Frenchman could happen but it would depend whether Bayern reignite their interest in Stuttgart's Nick Woltemade.
