Frank Rjkaard is delighted seeing Xavi in charge of Barcelona.

Rijkaard coached Xavi at Barca and is happy his former midfielder now has the Blaugrana a game away from being confirmed LaLiga champions.

He said, "I have great memories of him, he has become the king of football, I am very happy for him to see that the team is on the right path to win the League.

"Xavi deserves it and also the Barca fans.

"I'm also happy for the president, with whom we work together. It's a pleasure to see that together they achieve these achievements.

"They have done a very good season. Winning the Spanish Super Cup is already very important. I hope that soon we will be able to see Barça champion of the Liga again. It was an honour to have worked there."
