Tottenham's former managing director of football Fabio Paratici is still advising the club as a consultant.

Paratici had to leave his role as managing director as he was handed a 30-month ban by FIFA that applies to every country in the world.

The ban was initially only for Italy, having been issued due to financial irregularities from his time at Juventus.

According to reports in Football.London, the Italian has been advising Spurs and Sampdoria during this time.

With Spurs set to sign goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario, the report suggests Paratici may have turned them onto the Empoli star.

Even though he is still working with Spurs in some capacity, most of Paratici's staff are slowly being moved along from the club.
