Tottenham midfielder Alex Pritchard is enjoying working with Brentford coach David Weir.
Pritchard says Brentford assistant manager Weir has urged the team to become more of a threat from set-pieces.
"David Weir has said we need to start scoring from them. We need to create more and be more dangerous. In other games my crosses haven't been good enough but against Reading they were and Dougie (Jonathan Douglas) headed it in."
