Standard Liege manager Ronny Deila is not sure if they can do a deal for Everton's Isaac Price.

The Liverpool Echo stated last week that Price was in talks regarding a pre-contract with the Belgian side.

However, the 19-year-old has not fully agreed terms with Deila's team, which means the transfer may be scuppered.

Asked about Price by Voetbalkrant, Deila replied: “I don't know if the transfer has been completed or not, but he is indeed a player we are following

“I spoke to Fergal Harkin (the sporting director) and the idea is to have a different transfer window than this season.

“Then there was sometimes chaos when it came to attracting players."
