Jordan Rhodes says he does not regret his summer move to Blackburn Rovers.
The 23-year old Scotland striker left Huddersfield Town to join Rovers for £8million in August last year but has made it clear that he is happy with his move despite experience a relegation battle rather than challenging for Premier League promotion.
"I've thoroughly enjoyed my time here," said Rhodes, who has scored 23 goals this campaign.
"There's a good dressing room, there are great people around the place and I'm enjoying my football.
"I feel as if I'm improving on the training field with all the coaches who have been kind enough to give me advice.
"It is obviously tough to see the league table now and it dents your pride.
"But it's only the table at the finish on May 4 that counts.
"For the time being we'll just try to ignore it, keep our eyes away from the papers and just focus on what we need to do - and that's winning games.
"It's crunch time now so it's important that we just keep knuckling down and working away.
"Hopefully that will be good enough."
