Gianluca Scamacca is delighted with his move to Atalanta.
The Italy striker has left West Ham for La Dea in a permanent deal.
Scamacca said: "The coach (Gian Piero Gasperini) told me that I have hidden qualities that he sees, this is the thing that struck me the most.
"The director and coach made me understand that they wanted me a lot and that they share my same ideas. This is the right place from which to start again, the ideal environment for me. Playing in many competitions is nice, because you fight for more goals, it's a great stimulus."
Finally, on Bergamo and the fans: "I had a wonderful impression. I've never been to Bergamo.
"Last night I went for a walk, the city is beautiful. The Zingonia sports centre is beautiful too: I have very positive feeings. I can't wait to play in the stadium and to hear the crowd cheering and singing."
