Fulham striker Aleksandar Mitrovic mistook a penalty against Newcastle United, failing to give his side the lead in the game.
The London outfit were eventually beaten 1-0 by the Magpies on Sunday in the Premier League.
However, Mitrovic could have given Fulham the lead when he stepped up to take a penalty.
Unfortunately, he slipped and accidentally kicked the ball twice before it went in the goal.
As stated by The Mirror, as per Law 14 of FIFA's rulebook, if the kick is taken and the kicker touches the ball again before it touches another player, the other team gets an indirect freekick.
The referee had no choice but to give Newcastle a freekick and prevent Mitrovic retaking the spot kick.
