Gareth McAuley is calling for crisis talks at West Bromwich Albion over their dismal home form.

The Baggies were beaten again at the Hawthorns by Swansea City on Saturday.

McAuley said: "It's becoming a monkey on our back that we need to get rid of.

"We haven't really sat down and discussed it but we will probably have to now and go through things."
