Guardiola is emerging as a Premier League managerial icon thanks to City's dominance under his charge.
But the Catalan says: "Everything passes in life.
"When you die, they remember you for a short time, and then they forget about you. In football also, it's true, don't laugh. When new players come to the team, I have to stimulate them.
"It's always a challenge for me."
