Lazio ace Anderson hails matchwinner Immobile: He's a golden boy

Lazio ace Felipe Anderson says they can be happy with their Champions League win against Feyenoord.

Ciro Immobile proved the matchwinner for the 1-0 triumph.

Anderson said, "Victory that counts, these points are very important. It is a goal that we wanted to reach, this helps us and gives us energy. It puts us in a very important position in the Champions League. We must have humility, they have a style where they verticalise a lot with the wingers. What mattered were the three points and we did well."

The Brazilian continued, "We love Ciro, he knows it, he is a golden boy and important for us and for the people. When he is well he helps us a lot, we are very happy for him and we will always do everything we can to help him.

"What matters now is the sacrifice of the team, this desire to help is important for everyone even if we didn't start as we wanted. My goal in the derby a year ago was important, like the victory today. We need to take away the euphoria and bring confidence and humility. It's essential to try to win at all costs."
