Napoli chief Cristiano Giuntoli has asked Llorente to give them until Monday night to make him an offer.

Giuntoli is also interested in Inter Milan striker Mauro Icardi, says Gazzetta dello Sport, though negotiations are proving difficult.

The danger for Napoli is that Llorente isn't short of offers should they continue to dither.

Inter Milan, Fiorentina and Lazio are also in contact with the 34 year-old striker.

The Portuguese forward, who joined Wolves from Lazio in the summer, also set up Morgan Gibbs-White for the second goal of the evening and is enjoying being part of the Wolves squad and learning from his new teammates.

He told the club's website, The feeling was amazing to play in front of these amazing fans. To score and make an assist in my first game was incredible, especially in front of these incredible fans.

I enjoyed playing with the team in my first game because we played a good game. The second-half for me was better and now we are focused already on the game of Monday."

On facing Manchester United, Neto added: We know that this game is already in the past and now we are focused on the game of Monday. It's a very big game but we want to win.

We know that the team had a good record against Manchester United last year, and now we'll try to do the same again this year."

The midfielder insists the Manchester United rumours were out of his control.

"You'll never hear me say that I want to leave Lazio," the 24-year-old told Sport Plus.

I never mentioned a possible transfer to Manchester United, it was just a newspaper story.

The situation doesn't weigh on me because I know there's still time for a possible transfer.

If something has to happen, it will. There hasn't been anything until now and we're moving forward."

The midfielder has been linked with Manchester United and PSG.

He told Espreso: The Premier League transfer window is shut, so the Manchester United story is finished. I wasn't irritated by everything that was written in the papers, because my mind was concentrated on preparing for the new season in the best possible way.

I am where I am and I want for nothing at Lazio. I don't think much about the transfer market. All sorts of things were written about me, but I know where my mind is and who I have a contract with."

The Sun says the Gunners could even allow the struggling German to go out on loan just to get his 80,000-a-week salary off their wage bill.

Manager Unai Emery has told Mustafi that he does not have a future at the Emirates and needs to restart his career with another club.

The 27-year-old centre-half cost 35million when he was signed from Valencia three years but could now be sold for as little as 15m.

A number of Italian clubs have been alerted to Mustafi's availability, with AC Milan, Lazio and Sampdoria all regarded as potential purchasers.

But he could also be offered on loan to Turkish giants Fenerbahce and Galatasaray with a view to a cut-price permanent move next summer.

The midfielder was a surprise announcement on Monday.

"I've never stopped loving Fiorentina and their fans," said the Badelj.

I only left the club a year ago only for sporting reasons, but now everything has changed. I didn't consider other offers. I'd have stayed at Lazio if I couldn't come back.

Now I want to repay their faith in me. I didn't shine at Lazio, above all because of myself.

I consider my time there a minor failure, but I have to thank them for how they treated me.

I haven't come back expecting to wear the captain's armband. It'll be worn by a real man who deserves it."

There are stories and speculation swirling around everywhere. Sometimes it feels overwhelming.

But please don't stress, because here at Tribalfootball we will summarise the biggest stories throughout football each week and let you know whether you should believe the paper talk or not

Paul Pogba - Manchester United

Clubs Interested: Real Madrid

Real Madrid appears to have intensified their pursuit of Paul Pogba following their 7-3 defeat to city rivals Atletico Madrid.

The mood at the Bernabeu is one of uncertainty despite the game against Atletico being a mere friendly encounter.

On that note Zinedine Zidane is keen on bolstering his side with Manchester United's Paul Pogba and has thus, reportedly launched a bid of 160m for the Frenchman.

United's asking price for Pogba is said to be 200m, hence; from the looks of it there's a good chance they won't be able to sign Pogba due to United's valuation.

The World Cup winner did miss United's friendly on Saturday which is cause for suspicion, but

Likelihood: Time is ticking on this one

Sergej-Milinkovic Savic - Lazio

Clubs Interested: Manchester United

Manchester United have been keen on signing Sergej-Milinkovic Savic for a couple of seasons now.

In the past, he was viewed as a player who would work well alongside Paul Pogba in United's midfield, now he's viewed as Pogba's potential replacement.

Italian news outlet Corriere dello Sport claim that Milinkovic-Savic's move to Old Trafford is almost complete.

The Lazio man's agent was in London for talks with United's representatives to discuss a possible 100m move.

Realistically Pogba would have to sign for Madrid before United are able to acquire Milinkovic-Savic's services, so at this point it's fair to say it's 50/50.

Likelihood: Depends on the above!

Danny Welbeck - Free agent

Clubs Interested: Lazio, Various Premier League teams

Former Manchester United and Arsenal striker Danny Welbeck is currently having a hard time finding a club that fits his wage demands ahead of the new season.

According to The Sun, Welbeck, who was recently released by the Gunners, is keen on a 100k-per-week wage including a 5m sign on fee, but no club has expressed the desire to meet his demands.

Lazio is currently monitoring Welbeck's situation but are yet to make a concrete move for Welbeck due to his demands as well as his injury problems.

A host of Premier League teams also have him on their radars.

Welbeck will have to lower his wage demands to have any sort of chance of securing a move to a top-flight European team this season.

Likelihood: C'mon Danny!

Paulo Dybala - Juventus

Clubs Interested: Manchester United, Tottenham

According to Tuttosport, Tottenham are reportedly keen on signing Manchester United target Paulo Dybala and are prepared to make a bid of 80m to lure the Argentine forward to North London.

Manchester United were previously believed to be the only Premier League team with concrete interest in Dybala as they look to secure his services through an exchange deal involving out-of-favour Romelu Lukaku.

Dybala's situation at Juventus is a dicey one.

He's a fan favourite but his playing time in his preferred position is not guaranteed, on that note he's keen on moving to a team that can offer him guaranteed playing time whilst also meeting his wage demands.

Spurs already have designated starters in every position hence Dybala could have a hard time fitting in, and their wage structure isn't made for accommodating 'superstar' players.

On the other hand, United have reportedly pulled out due to the aforementioned demands.

Likelihood: He's staying at Juve

Oscar - Shanghai SIPG

Clubs interested: Inter Milan, AC Milan

Former Chelsea star, Oscar, is keen on a return to the 'big time' having spent the past few years plying his trade in Chinese Super League side, Shangai SIPG.

The Brazilian proved to be one of the best midfielders in Europe back when he was at Chelsea but secured a big-money move to China at the peak of his powers.

Oscar told Passioneinter.com: "If someone has searched for me? Yes, in these weeks I have talked to two clubs in Milan. I can't go into details, but one thing I can say I want to play in Italy."

Inter Milan and AC Milan aren't quite the clubs they used to be, hence they can't pay the exorbitant wages Oscar currently makes in China.

But considering Oscar's interest in moving to either club stems from his desire to return to European football then we could very well be seeing Oscar playing mainstream football once again.

Likelihood: He could return!

Wallace has been with Lazio for the past three seasons.

The promising duo, who were together at Braga before spending the last two years on loan at Lazio in Serie A, have put pen to paper on five-year contracts which see them develop while at Molineux until the summer of 2024.

Neto, 19, is a left-sided winger and Jordao, 20, is a midfielder.

Kevin Thelwell, Wolves' sporting director, said: They're two very talented individuals in positions we're keen to add to.

But with both Pedro and Bruno it's more about their potential for the future.

We see signing young talent as a way forward; for example, Morgan Gibbs-White from the Academy, several other young players from the Academy who have been in the first-team recently, and Ruben Vinagre, who we signed at a very young age.

We think these two guys are right up there at that level and have both got high potential to be successful here at Wolves. However, we expect it will take time for them to break into the first-team as they're so young and they're playing in a new country and a new environment, but we will try to integrate them into the first-team group as much as possible."

The London Evening News says Palace are in talks with Milivojevic over a new contract and are hopeful of reaching an agreement with the midfielder.

The Serbian is currently in the final year of his contract at Selhurst Park and he is still yet to pen an extension.

It has led to speculation Milivojevic could leave Crystal Palace this summer with clubs in Italy, in particular AC Milan and Lazio, monitoring his situation.

However, the Eagles are in talks with their club captain and are hopeful of penning him down to fresh terms.
